The popular South Orange County restaurant Sol Agave, known for its authentic Mexican cuisine, is opening a second location at Kaleidoscope in Mission Viejo. The restaurant will open on the upper level as part of Union Market Mission Viejo in early summer.

Panini Kabob Grill, offering a fresh, healthy and high quality Mediterranean menu, will open at Kaleidoscope on Saturday, April 7. The casual family restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
